Pitching great Roy "Doc" Halladay

Doc is celebrated with this hand-painted depiction on a Nike glove similar to the style he wore while winning Cy Young awards with the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies.

Halladays's Cy Young’s and eight All-Star appearances are noted, as is his Hall of Fame induction in 2019. He was inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2017, which is also noted.

Halladay's career stats are included next to his Blue Jays retired number 32 and Perfect Game / No-hitter highlights.

The design incorporates elements of the Blue Jays logo from 2004-11, the era when Doc was with the team. Includes the “J” swirl and stripe, which mimics the top line of the old logo.

Halladay's name hand-painted in the classic Blue Jays typeface.

This baseball glove art of Roy Halladay painted by Sean Kane is available.

Roberto Clemente Baseball Glove Painting

A One-of-a-kind Baseball Artwork on Vintage Leather glove Featuring Roberto Clemente

This artwork has been sold.

Exhibited at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, this artwork features a hand-painted portrait of Roberto Clemente on a vintage signature model Rawlings baseball glove.

Highlights of the Hall of Famer's career are carefully hand-lettered.
This includes NL MVP 1966, Gold Glove Award 12 times, World Series Champion 1960 & 1971, and Hall of Fame 1973 on the golden yellow bottom banner.

Clemente played Right Field for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1955 to 1972.
The Puerto Rican star died on December 31, 1972 in an airplane crash while on a humanitarian mission.

His Pirates number 21 was retired, and appears on a banner in the web of this glove artwork.

The portrait of Clemente is a duotone, painted with golden yellow and black.
There are metallic gold highlights around the portrait background, the number 21 and the crossed bats on the bottom banner. (The crossed bats are also meant as a subtle nod to the cross-bones of a pirate flag.)

This signature model Rawlings glove is from the late '60s or early '70s and the Roberto Clemente embossed signature is very clear on this adult-sized glove.

The painting is done with archival-quality acrylic paints and sealed with a protective varnish. It was created by professional artist Sean Kane, whose baseball glove art has been recognized by ESPN.com, NBC Sports.com, and are part of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum's permanent collection.

This glove will be the pride of any Clemente fan's collection and is sure to be a conversation starter about one of the games greatest players.

Example of acid-free archival box the artwork arrives in with personalized gift card.
